3 Ply Automatic Board Making Plant

The 1600mm five-layer corrugated paperboard production line is designed for high-efficiency and quality production. It features a maximum production width of 1600mm, with a design speed of 100m/min and an economic speed of 60-80m/min. The line is suitable for producing corrugated cardboard in various flute types (A, C, B, E) and operates on a 380V, 50Hz three-phase power supply. The equipment requires a steam supply of 2500-3000Kg/Hr with a maximum pressure of 1.2MPa. The total installed power is approximately 150Kw, with an actual consumption of around 80Kw at full speed. The production line is adaptable to both domestic and imported paper, and the layout can be customized based on user preferences.
