Capability and Features

The Imported Fingerless Corrugation Machine operates at an economical speed of 35 meters per minute, ensuring efficient production. The machine features a robust design with a flute roll diameter of 280 mm and pre-heater rolls of 300 mm in diameter, facilitating the precise formation of corrugated board. The 290 mm diameter pressure roll, combined with a tray for gum application powered by two motors, ensures accurate and consistent adhesive application.

Equipped with a Delta AC drive and a control panel, the machine provides seamless speed control and operational adjustments. An integrated blower maintains optimal operating conditions, while the drive reducer, featuring immersion oil lubrication, minimizes noise and uses a cardan drive for isolated power transmission. Pneumatic controls for the flute roller, pressure roller, and glue roller lifts enhance operational efficiency and flexibility.

The machine employs vacuum suction to lead the paper, supported by air conditioning to stabilize high-speed corrugated board production. High-temperature bearings lubricated with grease ensure smooth and reliable roller pressure. The corrugated roller, made from high-quality 46 CrMo chromium molybdenum alloy steel, guarantees durability and precision, making the machine a reliable choice for high-performance corrugation operations.
