Capability and Features

The machine operates with a focus on efficiency, precision, and ease of use. It employs a suction hood structure, powered by a high-pressure blower, to handle materials effectively while minimizing noise through an integrated silencer. The centralized air source and electrical controls are managed from a single operation panel situated away from the motor, enhancing safety. The sturdy construction, featuring a thick cast iron base and wallboard, ensures durability and stability. The machine incorporates a steam spray device to regulate the moisture content of the core paper, optimizing processing conditions.

The advanced drive system utilizes a frequency conversion motor connected to an independent gearbox with three gimbal axes, lubricated by an oil bath system, and controlled by an inverter for precise speed regulation. High-quality corrugated rollers, made from heat-treated 48 CrMo alloy steel and coated with tungsten carbide, provide exceptional durability and performance. The machine allows quick changes of flute types thanks to easily movable upper and lower corrugated roller assemblies.

Durable bearings, lubricated with high-temperature grease, ensure smooth operation of the corrugated and pressure rollers. A pneumatic adjustment system offers stable and precise control over these rollers. The glue section, designed as a movable unit assembly, simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The specialized glue roller, with mesh embossing and chrome plating, enhances glue application performance.

Automatic glue supply ensures continuous circulation and consistent application, while electronic control of glue volume and gap adjustments between the glue roller and doctor roller allow for precise glue width control, with digital display for accuracy. The glue section can operate independently, preventing glue from settling and clogging the system. The user-friendly control system, featuring a touch screen interface, color display, and human-machine interface, facilitates easy operation, function selection, fault indication, and parameter settings, enhancing overall usability and efficiency.
