Capability and Features

The Automatic Partition Slotting Machine is designed to streamline the slotting process for corrugated paperboard. The machine features adjustable baffles—side, back, and front—to accommodate different paperboard sizes.

Operation begins with selecting the paperboard and adjusting the side feeding baffles to match its length. After positioning, the front and back feeding baffles are similarly adjusted for precise alignment according to the board’s width and thickness.

The suction range of the feeding table is calibrated by placing a paperboard and adjusting the pushing plate to ensure it correctly moves the board forward. The slotting phase is fine-tuned using a handle to set the depth of the cut, and the slotting knives are adjusted for accuracy using a wrench.

Once adjustments are made, the machine is connected to power and initiated via the button panel. The machine then automatically feeds and processes the paperboard, efficiently producing the required slots.
